Betty N. Dumbauld, 94, of Celina, passed away at 12:48 a.m. Monday, Sept. 29, 2014, in Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
She was born on May 9, 1920, in Mercer County, to Charles and Mellie (Buck) Howell.
On Oct. 6, 1941, she married Stanley “Si” E. Dumbauld, who preceded her in death.
She is survived by a son, Daniel (Rebecca) Dumbauld of Zionsville, Ind.; a daughter, Debra (Dale) Bruns of Coldwater; a sister-in-law, Lelah Florence Howell of Celina; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces, nephews and cousins.

Col. Richard L. Roediger, 77, of Allentown, Pa.; formerly of New Bremen, died on Friday, Sept. 26, 2014, at home.
He was the son of the late Frank and Leona Roediger.
Richard was the husband of Pamela J. (Schanerberger) Roediger.
He worked at Pet Inc. in Allenton for 35 years as office manager. He also owned Roediger's Auction.
Richard served his country in the Navy for four years.
Gerald D. “Watermelon” Keller, 78, of rural Spencerville, died at 1:10 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 28, 2014, at his residence, following an extended illness, with his family at his side.
He had been a Spencer Township Trustee for the past 12 years.
He was born on Jan. 24, 1936, in Spencer Township, Allen County, a son of William L. “Bill” and Ruth M. (Hance) Keller, who preceded him in death.
On May 25, 1957, he married Georgia Mae “Peaches” Wisher, who survives.

Paul E. Freytag, 90, of Elmwood in New Bremen, formerly of Minster, died at 9:20 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 25, 2014, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born on March 9, 1924 in Fort Loramie to the late Edward and Ethel (Speckman) Freytag. He married Irene Doorley on Nov. 25, 1948, in Wapakoneta.
