CELINA — Two Celina men were arrested on Wednesday on a slew of drug charges involving heroin.
At approximately 3:15 p.m. Wednesday, an Ohio Adult parole officer requested assistance checking on a parolee and ensuring his compliance with parole orders. When officers arrived at the residence, violations were observed. Officers then applied for a received a search warrant for the residence located at 751 Deford Street, Lot No. 100, Celina.

David W. Hawkey, 58, of 01939 Feeder Road in St. Marys, died on Monday, June 2, 2014, at OSU/Wexner Medical Center in Columbus.
He was born on Sept. 20, 1955, in St. Marys, to Orville and Betty (Slemmons) Hawkey.
On July 16, 1988, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Marys, he married Ann M. Jones, who survives.
Leo J. Tebbe, 85, of 00995 Southland Road in rural New Bremen, died at 6:40 p.m. Monday, June 2, 2014, in the emergency department of Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
He was born on Aug. 20, 1928, in Glynwood, to William and Mary (Kramer) Tebbe.
On April 25, 1953, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Marys, he married Mary A. Craft, who survives.
June 4: Story time at the St. Marys Community Public Library will be held at 11 a.m. today for 2 to 5-year-olds.

DAYTON — They represent all four classes and they’ll represent the Roughriders at state track and field championships this weekend.
The St. Marys boys 4-by-200 meter relay team of freshman Eric Spicer, senior Will Walter, sophomore Austin Tester and junior Cam Swanson advanced to the Division II state track and field championships with a fourth-place finish in the event final at the University of Dayton’s Welcome Stadium on Saturday.
The Rider quartet turned in a 1:31.02 time for the final state spot.

Wilfred J. Klenke, 91, of Coldwater, died on Wednesday, May 28, 2014, at Briarwood Village.
He was born on June 2, 1922, in St. Henry to the late Norbert and Victoria (Thobe) Klenke.
He married Frances (Selhorst) on Sept. 4, 1948, in Carthagena and she survives in Coldwater.
ST. MARYS — Work on the High Street bridge replacement is on track to be finished on schedule.
Crews from Jutte Excavating — the lead contractor on the project — recently poured all the abutment walls, and 10 concrete box beams were put into place. A 21-inch sanitary sewer line under the bridge has also been finished and passed testing.
“They are on schedule and on budget,” St. Marys Safety-Service Director Greg Foxhoven told The Evening Leader.
ST. MARYS — Seniors at the Auglaize County Council on Aging plan to reach out to Ugandan elders across a cultural gap to correspond via videos and letters with people whose lives are affected by combatting poverty and AIDS.
