Kyle J. Bensman, 24, of New Bremen, died early on Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2014, at his residence.
He was born on Aug. 2, 1989, in St. Marys, to Nickolas and Diane (Holdheide) Bensman, who survive in New Bremen.
He is also survived by his brother, Kevin Bensman and Sarah McManus, of Cincinnati, sister Kelli Bensman of New Bremen, grandmother Joan (Winner) Holdheide of Fort Loramie, and a number of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lawrence and Rose (Broering) Bensman and Ralph Holdheide.
ST. MARYS — A water line break along Ohio 703 caused residents in Villa Nova and Sandy Beach areas to be without water for approximately 45 minutes on Wednesday.
At approximately 11:45 a.m., crews were called in to repair a water line break along Ohio 703, between Parker Shady Acres and the railroad. Superintendent of Water Distribution Kevin Schwartz said workers repaired the break with a clamp.
"We had a 10-inch cast iron water line with a radial crack," Schwartz said. "We had the water shutoff for about 45 minutes in that area."

COLDWATER — The St. Marys wrestling team got off to a strong start to the season by winning the Sielski Memorial Invitational at Coldwater on Saturday.
The Roughriders earned wins over Spencerville, Lincolnview and Edgerton and Coldwater to go 5-0.
The Roughriders had four wrestlers who finished the day 5-0.
Garrett Hower finished 5-0 at 113 pounds. Justin Nedderman went unbeaten at 120 pounds. The Riders’ Jayden Heitkamp was 5-0 at 160 pounds. Ryan Slife went unblemished at 182 pounds.
SPENCERVILLE — The Spencerville boys basketball team rolled to a 25-point lead but had to withstand a rally by Minster to defeat the Wildcats 78-67 on Saturday night.
Five players from Spencerville scored in double figures led by Zach Goecke with 19 points and nine rebounds. Mason Nourse scored 11 points and Ben Bowers, Dakota Prichard and Bailey Croft each scored 13 points.
Mary May Carmean, 93, formerly of 05070 County Road 33A, St. Marys, and a resident of the Golden Living Center in St. Marys, died at 7:17 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2013.
She was born on May 19, 1920, in Salem Township, Auglaize County, the daughter of Archelaus and Irena (Baker) Martin.
She married James S. Carmean on Jan. 10, 1939, and he preceded her in death on Oct. 27, 2010.
James M. Doorley, 93, of Wapakoneta, died at 3:15 a.m., Sunday, Dec. 1, 2013, at The Gardens of Wapakoneta, where he had resided for the past year.
He was born April 20, 1920, in Auglaize County, the son of Michael and Anna (Brands) Doorley, who preceded him in death.
Thomas L. Broerman, 61 of Minster, died at 12:15 a.m. Saturday Nov. 30, 2013, at St. Rita’s Medical Center, Lima.
He was born Aug. 26, 1952, in Coldwater, to the late Lawrence and Thelma (Hartings) Broerman.
His mother survives in Cranberry Prairie.
He married Pamela K. Liette on June 28, 1980, at St. Louis Catholic Church, North Star. She survives in Minster.
Alva L. Black, 72, of Celina, died at 7:45 a.m. Friday, Nov. 29, 2013 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton following a brief illness.
He was born April 11, 1941 in Harrisburg, Pa. to Alva Sr. and Goldie (Kerns) Black.
He was married Nov. 19, 2003, to Vicky Burden who survives in Celina along with his children Sherry and Michael Dirksen, Union City, Ind.; Kimberly Reynolds, Ashland, Kan.; Julie and Jerry Francis, Versailles; Richie and Schanda Black, Ansonia; Rickie Black, Greenville; Ryan Black, Ansonia and Krista Hoover, Sandusky.
Robert “Bo” Wissman, 63, of New Bremen, died at 1:36 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 30, 2013, at the Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
He was born on Feb. 10, 1950, in Celina.
He was the son of the late Richard and Helen (Brockman) Wissman. His mother survives in New Bremen.
