MARIA STEIN — Representatives from a Wisconsin-based firm say a 25,000 square foot production facility to be built in Mercer County could play a vital role in helping to heal Grand Lake St. Marys and its watershed.
Almeda Mae Spriggs, 85, of 233 Jill Ave., Celina, died at 3:40 p.m. Monday, March 19, 2012, at Celina Manor Nursing Home in Celina.
She was born on Aug. 21, 1926, in Tipton, Ind., to Harley and Mary (Davis) Rosa, and they preceded her in death.
Almeda is survived by her son, Michael (Barbara) Spriggs of Coldwater; her daughter, Melissa (Ron) Luebke of Celina; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three sisters.
Mark Andrew Miller, 65, of 3278 Slavik Road, Coldwater, died at 6:04 a.m. Monday, March 19, 2012, at the Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater.
He was born on May 19, 1946, in Celina, to William John and Olivia Ann (Schoen) Miller, and they preceded him in death.
On July 7, 1979, he married Marcia K. Knapp, and she survives in Coldwater.
He is also survived by his son, Brad (Nicole) Miller of Columbus; a daughter, Marisa (Todd) Marquis of Fort Worth, Texas; three brothers; three sisters; two sisters-in-law.
Alexander John Fellows, 91, of Sebring, Fla., passed away on Friday, March 16, 2012, in Tampa, Fla.
He was born on Feb. 16, 1921, to Edward Fellows and Rachel Beetcroft of Melbourne, Australia.
In 1946, he married Theresia Doseck, and she survives him.
He is also survived by four children and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter in 1963 and a son in 2011.
