While the event officially got underway on Friday with a performance by McGuffey Lane, Saturday served as the main event.

ST. MARYS — St. Marys head football coach Greg Phillips sees the Ottawa-Glandorf Titans as the team to emulate in the Western Buckeye League.
With their seven straight playoff appearances, the state’s second-ranked Titans play a physical brand of football that eschews trendiness in favor of brawn — which was on full display in a 62-0 bulldozing of the Roughriders on Friday night at Skip Baughman Stadium.
MINSTER — On homecoming night, the Minster Wildcats did all of their scoring in the first half and dominated Fort Recovery, 28-6.
“The first half looked good,” Minster head coach Nate Moore said. “We were executing the offense and coach (Rob) Messick called a great game. We need to be able to close a game out like we need too. We had an opportunity to close the game out on our terms and we didn’t get that done so it will be something we will be working on this week.”
NEW BREMEN — Anna’s Nick Doseck intercepted a pass to preserve a 21-13 Rocket victory at New Bremen on Friday.
We thought we could get a matchup on the backside and we though our athlete was better than theirs but they double covered him and my quarterback had nowhere else to go and he tried to make something happen and that one is on me," Cardinals head coach Jason McGaharan said.
